High quality and great service are the HG Belting values we offer our customers in many different industries

We constantly train and develop our employees to achieve premium customer service, technical advice and product knowledge.

Our management structure is fast tracked to avoid loss of communication. Our staff travel the world visiting our customers, to discuss wish lists, problems and requirements from shop floor, designers and senior managers. We believe sharing a problem is the easiest way to find a solution.

All our belts are custom made to order. We supply all the standard PTFE coated fabrics, but also have a large range of our specially designed coated fabrics. Together we decide what is best for our customers processes.

Materials

The first and most important part of the conveyor belt is its material. All our belts are made from PTFE coated fabrics. The fabric is usually a glass weave, but can also be an aramid weave. For e.g. extra stability, release, wear-resistance and also for improved life time we can engineer the belt to specific requirements.

Laminated fabrics

Whether it is a PTFE topfilm on a standard fabric for better release or a 2-ply laminate for a smooth surface we can produce it to your demands in our factory.

Heavy belting fabrics

We have engineered numerous fabrics to fulfil all kinds of requirements like minimal elongation, improved stability, high moisture resistance.

Standard closed fabrics

We supply belts made from all available closed materials. From 10 x 1 inch sealing belts in 3 thou thickness, to 200 yards x 150 inch heavy duty belts up to 40 thou thickness

Standard mesh fabrics

Our mesh belts can be made to over 200 inches wide. Materials to choose from are PTFE coated glass, aramid or aramid/glass in mesh sizes 1×1 up to 8×8.

Joints

A good belt is important to give longevity of belt life, best possible air-flow and minimise mark off. This is why all our joints are constantly being reviewed and improved. Select your favorite or let us advise you:

Edges

Not all belts require an edge. Most closed belts are better without an edge, but some machines require a special edge. Mesh belts do need an edge reinforcement, usually simply a modified PTFE edge. Whatever edging you need on a PTFE belt, we can seal, sew or press it on to the belt.

PTFE film edges
